Opening hours

Normal Opening hours: Mon - Thurs, 8.30am - 5pm and Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm.  We are closed on bank holidays. Our offices are currently closed due to Covid-19 but you can still contact us via email or by calling the relevant department.

Our emergency helpline on 01235 422410 is available after office hours to report a noise nuisance, stray dog, dangerous structure, flooding, a dead animal on the highway or a homeless issue.
