Infrastructure to support communities

Its important that when new developments are built, improvements need to be made to local infrastructure, such as new roads, schools, shops and community facilities.

We have a range of methods to raise funds for new infrastructure including financial contributions from developers via Community Infrastructure Levy and Section 106 agreements. Section 278/38 road agreements help fund highway alterations to existing and new road adoptions.
