Validation check lists

Here are validation checklists for every type of planning application.  A validation checklist is basically a tick list to help you make sure you have submitted everything necessary to make a planning application.  This is in line with Government advice to make the process of submitting a planning application easier for everyone.

Please note that as a result of the adoption of South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 on 10 December 2020 there is a new requirement to submit an Energy Statement with all applications for new build residential dwelling houses (other than householder development) and new build non-residential schemes over 1000sqm. This is in line with Policy DES10.
