Mobile Home Parks (council-owned)

If you are looking to rent a pitch or are already renting on a council-owned mobile home site in the area then this is the page for you.

Note if you are a landlord who wants to use land as mobile home site, including for a single unit, you will need to go onto a different page for landlords here.

The council owns Foxhall Manor Park (see link to the right of this page). It is a permanent residential mobile home parks owned and managed by South Oxfordshire District Council. They have space for 125 mobile homes.

Residents own their homes and pay an annual pitch rent to the council.

All plots have electrical, water and drainage connections. There is no mains gas on the site.
