Building Control Online Payments

We’re pleased to let you know that our IT systems are now fully operational.

We are currently working through a backlog of requests and enquiries and appreciate your continued patience as we catch up.

Online Payments for applications

If you have already submitted a Building Regulation application, an online payment can be made here.

You will need your Building Regulation application number to make a payment. Please do not include /F, /B or /U as part of the reference number.

Online Payments for completion certificates and decision notices

If you would like to pay for a copy of your completion certificate and decision notice, where available, a payment can be made here.

Your Building Regulation application number will be required for copies to be obtained.

A copy of our current Scheme for the Recovery of Building Regulation Charges can be requested by contacting building control directly.
