We take a small percentage for costs of administering the levy, give a percentage to the local parish councils where the development is located and the rest goes towards the infrastructure projects.

To allow the council to make better use of its CIL funds to support development in the district, a reviewed spending strategy has been approved and will come into effect from 1 April 2021.
