CON29 – documents and data

If you’re selling your house, a solicitor will complete lots of searches on your behalf, including a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) liability search.

For a full land charge search report, Land Charges should be contacted in the first instance via Land.Charges@southoxon.gov.uk

On our Public GIS you can view the NEW CIL Notice and S106 layers yourself, hence we will no longer be providing responses to CON29, 3.10 (b) (i-vi) and (c) to (h) under EIR. Instructions for CON29 searches.
