If you come across some fly-tipping, do not remove anything from the site as we need it for evidence in our investigation.

After we we’ve received a report of fly-tipping and it is on public land, we open an investigation and arrange to remove the waste.
If waste has been dumped on private land, it is the responsibility of the landowner to remove it.
