Shiplake Neighbourhood Plan
Shiplake Parish Council is working on a neighbourhood plan. The process empowers local communities to help direct and shape the way their area grows and develops into the future. A neighbourhood plan will form part of the development plan, which helps to determine planning applications.
What's happening now?
Shiplake Parish Council (as a relevant body) has submitted an application to South Oxfordshire District Council to revise the boundary of their neighbourhood plan area designation. The new proposal follows the parish boundary.
The original designation, which was determined on 25 July 2017, will remain valid until South Oxfordshire District Council determines this application.
Six week consultation period
A consultation is open for six weeks and runs from 1 February until 5pm on 15 March 2019 .
Where to find the application
The application form, designation map, supporting statement and public notice can be viewed below:
Hard copies are available at South Oxfordshire District Council’s offices at 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, OX14 4SB.
