Shiplake Neighbourhood Plan

Shiplake Parish Council is working on a neighbourhood plan. The process empowers local communities to help direct and shape the way their area grows and develops into the future. A neighbourhood plan will form part of the development plan, which helps to determine planning applications.

What's happening now?

On the 03 May 2019 South Oxfordshire District Council approved an application to amend the boundary of the designated Shiplake neighbourhood area. You can view the revised designated area here.  (3.6 MB) JPEG image

The parish council is continuing the process of gathering evidence and engaging with the local community.

If you want to get involved in the process, please contact the Parish Council. More information on the process is available on our Neighbourhood Planning home page.
