Oxfordshire UK Youth Parliament Elections

Elections take place every year, so if you...

  • are aged between 11-18 and live in Oxfordshire
  • want to represent the views of young people from Southern Oxfordshire
  • are interested in getting involved in debates, campaigns or projects

Then perhaps you could be the next Member of the Youth Parliament.  Any young person 11-18 who lives in Oxfordshire can put themselves forward as a candidate each year in September.

The elections take place during November through to February and young people can vote online or at schools, colleges and youth centres.

If elected you will go to regional and national meetings, debate in the House of Commons and work with other young people on a campaign for Oxfordshire, supported by Oxfordshire County Council.

For more information contact the Young People's Coordinator.
