Alternative formats

If you have difficulty reading any council literature, we can arrange for it to be translated into Braille, large print, CD or sent via email. Contact communications@southandvale.gov.uk or call 01491 823022

Resident feedback

The most recent feedback from our readers and members of our Citizens' Panel show that readership and satisfaction with Outlook is steadily on the increase with over 60% saying they read most if not all of it and just 1% saying they do not read it at all.

We welcome your views on Outlook. Send your comments by email to communications@southandvale.gov.uk or call 01235 540300.

Cost of Outlook

Each copy of Outlook costs around 20p to produce, including design, print and delivery.

A few residents ask why we don't just do Outlook online to save money. Unfortunately many people in the district do not have internet access so it would prevent them accessing information about the council.
