Five year land supply
Our housing land supply statements consider whether we have enough land available in the district to be able to provide five years’ worth of housing. We regularly publish a statement that explains our current land supply. The Council has updated its five year housing land supply position as of 1 April 2025, published in our December 2025 statement.
The District has a supply of 4.46 years.
