Thame Neighbourhood Plan
This plan was made (adopted) as part of the district council’s development plan on 18 July 2013. The town council has begun a review of the plan.
What’s happening now?
The publicity period on the draft review plan that will be submitted for examination concluded on Thursday 25 July 2024. The draft plan documents and comments received during the publicity period have now been submitted for independent examination.
Andrew Ashcroft has been appointed by the district council to carry out the examination. The examiner‘s role is to make recommendations on the draft plan, and ultimately recommend if the plan should proceed to referendum. Please see the Examination Arrangements for more information.
The examiner issued a Clarification Note, which sets out initial comments on the submitted plan and areas where further clarification would be helpful. The District Council provided a response to the Clarification Note.
