Long Wittenham Neighbourhood Plan

The Long Wittenham Neighbourhood Plan Review was made (adopted) on 8 September 2022. This replaces the Long Wittenham Neighbourhood Development Plan adopted on 12 October 2017.

What’s happening now?

The Council at its meeting on 8 September 2022 agreed to make the Long Wittenham Neighbourhood Plan Review.

Take a look at the Long Wittenham Neighbourhood Plan Review (referendum version). The policies in this plan carry full weight in determining planning applications.

The council’s decision statement and the made plan will be published in due course.

Referendum Results

The official referendum results were as follows:

  • Votes in favour of adopting the neighbourhood plan (YES vote): 278 (95.53%)
  • Votes against adopting the neighbourhood plan (NO vote): 13 (4.47%)
  • Turnout: 291 (40.76%)
