Crowmarsh Neighbourhood Plan

Crowmarsh Parish Council is working on creating a neighbourhood plan to influence the way their area grows and develops into the future.

What’s happening now?

The publicity period on the draft plan concluded on 9 March. The draft plan documents and comments received during the publicity period have now been submitted for independent examination.

Mr Andrew Ashcroft has been appointed by the district council to carry out the examination. The examiner’s role is to make recommendations on the draft plan, and ultimately if the plan should proceed to referendum.

The Examiner has now issued a Clarification Note which can be viewed here. The Parish Council’s response to the Clarification Note is available from here.

The Parish Council has commissioned a Heritage Assessment as an addendum to the site assessment which can be viewed here. Historic England’s response to the addendum can be viewed here
