Change of details or copy licence requests

To tell us about a change of name or address on a premises licence, or to request a copy of your licence, please send us an email to licensing@southoxon.gov.uk explaining the changes required, or to confirm that you require a copy of the licence. Please include the name of the premises, licence number and your contact phone number. For a change of name or address, please confirm both the old and new details.

We will then contact you by telephone to collect payment of the fee of £10.50.

If you do not have access to email, you can post your request with the fee of £10.50 to the address below.

For all of the above options, you will need to return the existing licence, or confirm if it has been lost.
