Licences under review

If there are particular concerns or complaints about a licensed premises then our Licensing Committee can carry out a review of the licence.

We will publish the details of any licences under review on this page.

If necessary the Committee can change the licence conditions or, in extreme cases, can suspend or revoke all or part of the licence.

Once the request has been made for a review we are required to advertise it for 28 days to allow interested parties to submit their comments.
