Drugs and alcohol support and advice

There are a number of organisations that provide support and advice:

• Turning Point – Support designed to fit around each person’s needs to change their use of drugs and alcohol
• Support for Young People – Didcot Train, NOMAD Henley and DAMASCUS Abingdon
• National Drugs Helpline (FRANK) – Information about drugs and drug use, help and advice
• Alcoholics Anonymous – The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking
• Drinkaware – UK-wide alcohol education charity helping people make better choices about their drinking
• Aquarius – Drugs and alcohol support for young people in Oxfordshire
