Celebrate family and friendship at Cornerstone this Christmas

Get ready to be swept away by the enchanting magic of Lyngo Theatre’s Heart of Winter this December at Cornerstone Arts Centre Didcot.

Heart of Winter is a new musical show which warmly celebrates family, friendship and the good fortune of finding the winter we really need and want…with the precious festive offering of lots of fluffy snow!

Christmas is coming and Sally can’t sleep – it’s far too hot! The weather has gone topsy-turvy. No-one can remember the last time it snowed. To help her sleep Dad reads her a story about the last snowflake.

This show is great for young families and the children even get to decorate a tree on stage as part of this interactive performance.

Heart of Winter is on stage at Cornerstone Arts Centre from Monday 18 December to Sunday 24 December. There are two shows a day 10am and 1.30pm. On Thursday 21 December there is a relaxed and signed performance at 10am making sure that theatre is accessible to everyone.

Cllr Maggie Filipova-Rivers Cabinet Member for Community Wellbeing at South Oxfordshire District Council said: “This is a wonderful production and I love that it is interactive, and families can get involved. Many of us remember the magic of Christmas when it snows and this show will really bring that to life.”

There’s more information about Heart of Winter on the Cornerstone website.
