Information on the Authority's Monitoring Report

The Authority's Monitoring Report (AMR) forms part of the South Oxfordshire Local Development Framework.  Its purpose is to assess the implementation of our Local Development Scheme and the extent to which policies are being successfully put into practice. 

The Council has undertaken a robust reassessment of its monitoring procedures and are preparing an Authority Monitoring Report which will be published in August 2017.

The National Planning Policy Framework requires local planning authorities to assess and demonstrate the extent to which existing plans already fulfil the requirement to identify and maintain a rolling five year supply of deliverable land for housing.  You can download our annual assessments below and also our position statement on the Shiplake planning appeal.
