Orchard Centre Phase II
A development agreement was signed in March 2011 between the Council and Hammerson plc for the development of phase II of the Orchard Centre.
Hammerson will now move forward with design proposals with a view to submission of a planning application within 2 years.
There will be chances for local residents to comment on the plans throughout the process and you should check back here for further information.
