Kidmore End Neighbourhood Plan

Kidmore End Parish Council is working on a neighbourhood plan.  This is a document that gives residents and businesses in the area a say in how their community grows and develops over the coming years.

Have your say on the proposed neighbourhood plan area

Kidmore End Parish Council has sent us an application for the area designation.  This is the area they think the neighbourhood plan should cover.

The application includes a statement to show that the organisation or body making the application is a relevant body.  This is for the purposes of Section 61G of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

We are inviting comments on the proposed area for the neighbourhood plan.  This is called a publicity period and is open for six weeks from Monday 23 October until 5pm on Monday 4 December 2017.

All responses received will be available for the public to view.  If you comment as an individual we will not share your name and contact details.  If you comment as an organisation we may show the name of your organisation next to your comments.

What happens next?

After the consultation has closed, we will consider the responses and then decide whether or not to formally designate the area.  Once the area has been designated, Kidmore End Parish Council can begin to prepare a draft neighbourhood plan.
