Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Grant Fund – closed

This scheme closed for applications on 30 March 2026 at 5pm. A new grant fund for 2026/27 is due to open in February 2027. You can read the Grant Fund Policy for 2025/26 below, but please note this will be reviewed before the next scheme opens in 2027.

South Oxfordshire District Council collects CIL funding from liable housing developments to provide infrastructure required to support the growth of the district. Through this grant scheme, we’re helping local organisations to access this funding to deliver infrastructure for their community required as a direct result from local growth.
