Berinsfield Garden Village Delivery Plan

The Delivery Plan sets out the key projects and priorities that guide the Berinsfield Garden Village programme. It was originally accepted by South Oxfordshire District Council in 2023 and was reviewed and updated in 2025 to reflect the current priorities of the Garden Village.

Since the last update:

• The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) projects have been successfully completed. These were delivered in addition to the original 27 projects.
• Additional Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funds are now being used to deliver a range of capital projects, including:
  • The Public Amenities Project
  • New drainage for the sports fields
  • A new Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) at the Leisure Centre

All delivery is overseen by the Berinsfield Garden Village Steering Group, ensuring projects remain aligned with community priorities.
