We are committed to maintaining your privacy and for managing the car park service.
Ourselves and Saba may collect personal data from you, such as vehicle registration number, images of your vehicle, name, address, email address, telephone numbers.
When you obtain a ticket from the machine we ask for your vehicle registration number to help us with the enforcement of the car park. Only when our partner, Indigo, issue excess charge notices do they take the details of the vehicle including images and the vehicle registration number so that we can process your car park excess charge notice (fine).
We may also use personal data in correspondence when you contact us.
This personal information may be passed to companies we work with such as the DVLA who will provide us with the details of the registered keeper of the vehicle, to CAPITA who will take payments and debt recovery companies and the Police.
We have a duty to perform this public task of enforcing the public car park under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. We are also legally required to keep these records for up to seven years.
