Our waste collections are running normally. If we’re experiencing a small amount of disruption to some of our waste collection services we will keep you up to date via our social media sites.
Parking charges were re-introduced in district council car parks from Monday 8 June – you must display a ticket or have a valid online or text payment confirmation. NHS and care staff are able to park for free with a valid Covid-19 pass. Find out more on our car parks pages.
From the 25 July our leisure centres started to reopen under a phased plan. Not all facilities are open at the moment but this will be regularly assessed by leisure contractor Better. You can find out more about which leisure centres are open on their website.
The Wallingford riverside pool and splash pads will remain closed over the summer season due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
The Cornerstone is currently closed as is the Southern Community Centre on GWP.

Some of our activities run by the Active Communities are beginning to start again, for example Nordic Walking. You will now have to book these sessions in advance. For more information please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our play areas have now reopened – visitors are being asked to follow some simple instuctions to help prevent transmitting the virus.
We can accept email applications for some types of taxi licence but we cannot offer licensing appointments until further notice. For more information head to our taxi licensing webpage.
