Public Spaces Protection Orders
What are PSPOs?
Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) are used to stop individuals or groups committing antisocial behaviour in public places. It prevents specific activities and behaviours within designated areas, and can be enforced by us and the Police (including PCSOs). It is important that the order is used proportionately.

Proposals
In accordance with legislation, the council has reviewed the existing PSPOs it has in place in Henley-on-Thames and Thame before they expire on 30 April 2024. The council is proposing to extend both orders for another three years and extend the geographical coverage of each one. You can see the proposed orders here:
