Annual Delivery Plan
Our Delivery Plan reflect priority projects and activities within each year of the Council Plan. They will undergo an annual review to ensure they remain relevant and timely.
The Annual Delivery Plan:
• Sets out the outputs/outcomes that will enable us to make progress in achieving the ambitions set out in the Council Plan.
• Articulates how we will implement the Council Plans and form the basis upon which we monitor progress.
• Sets out a range of key measures under each strategic objective which will be monitored and reported on at agreed intervals.
• Identifies the specific programmes/projects/actions/activity that will enable progress to be made.

Performance dashboards
Alongside the Annual Delivery Plan, we are also producing a performance dashboard, using a system called Power BI. This system allows us to display visual data, detailed analytics, and real-time interactive dashboards – to bring our progress to life. This will be available soon.
