Sydenham Neighbourhood Plan
The Sydenham Neighbourhood Plan became part of the Development Plan on 6 May 2021 and carries full weight in the determination of planning applications. On 20 May 2021 it was agreed to be made and that it should continue to be part of the development plan. The plan covers the period up to 2034.
What’s happening now?
The parish council is consulting on their draft Neighbourhood Plan Review. The consultation concludes on 14 May 2026.
