We have prepared a set of validation checklists for every type of planning application.  A validation checklist is basically a tick list to help you make sure you have submitted everything necessary to make a planning application.  This is in line with Government advice to make the process of submitting a planning application easier for everyone.

We have also prepared an advice note which should help you with your application.  Please read this first - whatever type of application you are submitting.
