The Statement explains the proposal in relation to its context.  A good understanding of the context is essential to raise the quality of the design, access and sustainability of a proposal.  The statement must show how the proposal has addressed the nature of its surroundings and how it will improve the environment.

This sheet includes guidance on the fee you will need to include with your application.

New fees: Please note Parliament approved a new scale of fees in respect of Non Material Amendment applications and New Permission to Replace Extant applications made from 26 February 2010.  See the download on the right for details.
