Receive your council tax bill by email

Residents are being encouraged to sign up to receive their council tax bill by email to help save money. 

It costs thousands each year to print and send out council tax bills and leaflets.  To save money the council is aiming to get as many people as possible signed up to receive their council tax bill by email. 

Please note that e-billing is only suitable for those paying council tax by direct debit, credit or debit card.     

Council tax payers who wish to sign up for e-billing should send an email titled "E-billing sign up" with their name and address to sodc.counciltax@secure.capita.co.uk.
