Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the provision of off-street car parking in accordance with Policy TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The development shall be carried out in accordance with the cycle parking details as shown on drawing number T.207.01.508 approved under application P19/S2802/DIS on 4 March 2020. The cycle parking facilities shall be provided prior to the first occupation of the dwellings hereby approved.
Reason: To encourage the use of cycles as a means of transport in accordance with Policy TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order), the enlargement, improvement or other alteration of any dwellinghouse as described in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Order shall not be undertaken without obtaining planning permission for the Local Planning Authority.

Wheel washing facilities shall be established within the site in accordance with the following details approved under P19/S2494/DIS on 24 September 2019:

Such facilities shall be established prior to the commencement of demolition or construction and shall be kept in operation at all times during demolition and construction works.
