I have reviewed again the initial documentation received to support the nomination, and the additional information provided. I am content to support officer recommendation that the Red Lion PH should be listed as an ACV. I continue to remain content that a valid nomination has been received from the parish council, and there is sufficient evidence and testimonials to confirm that the public house contributes to and furthers the social wellbeing of the local community and has the community support to continue to do so, and therefore passes the present and future test.
