Having regard to the height and appearance of the proposal and to its
location in close proximity to the main road running from Stadhampton to
Little Milton, the proposed mast would result in a prominent, intrusive
and inappropriate feature which would detract considerably from the
character and appearance of this rural area, contrary to policies C1, G1
and G3 of the Council's Central Oxfordshire Local Plan.
