You can view the documents relating to a particular meeting by clicking on the highlighted date. Officer reports can be viewed online and will become available five working days before the committee date.
There will be occasions when items are considered as matters of urgency after the agenda is despatched. A supplementary agenda will be published identifying the item(s). The reports for these items will be available online once finalised and at the appropriate meeting.
Minutes of meetings can be viewed and will appear within five working days of the following meeting approving them.
