Decision
Planning Permission on 19th July 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That within six months of cessation of their use for telecommunications purposes all equipment, including the antenna shall be removed from the site. Written notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one month of the cessation of use of any equipment. Reason: Because permission is granted only because of the need for the facility and to safeguard the character of the area. That the compound fencing and equipment cabinets contained therein shall be colour coated dark green within six months of the first use of the equipment hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That this permission shall be implemented as an alternative not in addition to the development approved by planning permission reference P99/W0049. Reason: Because the need for only one antenna has been demonstrated.
