Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the 3 dual polar antennas to be attached to the fire training
drill tower, hereby approved, shall be painted brick red to match the
colour of the bricks in the tower, and thereafter shall be retained
as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That, within 3 months of the antenna system no longer being required
for the reception or transmission of microwave radio energy, it shall
be removed from the fire training drill tower, together with the
equipment cabins, and the site shall be restored to its condition
before the development took place unless otherwise agreed in writing
with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
