Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That, within 3 months of the antenna system no longer being required for the reception or transmission of microwave radio energy, it shall be removed from the drill tower. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area. That the 3 dual polar antennas to be attached to the fire training drill tower, hereby approved, shall be painted brick red to match the colour of the bricks in the tower, and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing garage. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the existing Horse Chestnut tree shall be protected whilst the development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To safeguard a tree that is visually important. That, notwithstanding any indications given in the application, no cables shall be laid beneath the canopy of the tree. Details of the alternative route for the cables shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of work in connection with the installation of any equipment hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
