Decision
Planning Permission on 8th September 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, Part 24 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that order) no additional equipment shall be erected/attached to the mast hereby permitted, other than that shown on the plans accompanying the planning application, without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the character of the area can be assessed. That any apparatus, building or structure shall be removed from the mast or the land within six months of it no longer being required for telecommunication purposes, and such land shall be restored to its condition before the development took place. Reason: To protect the visual amenity of the area. That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the land be preserved and properly maintained and that in the event of any of the trees dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed, a new tree or equivalent number of trees, as the case may be, of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard trees and shrubs which are visually important.
