That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, Part 24 of Schedule 2
to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order
1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no equipment
shall be erected/attached to the mast hereby permitted, other than
that shown on the plans accompanying the planning application,
without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To protect the amenity of the area.
That the telecommunications pole and the equipment cabin shall be removed
from the land within three months of it no longer being required for
telecommunications purposes.
