That the pole mounted radio antenna, by virtue of its excessive height
and span and its prominent siting, would constitute an unneighbourly
and incongruous form of development detrimental to the visual
and residential amenities of the site and its surroundings.  As such
the proposal would be contrary to policies G1 and G15 of the Council's
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
