That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for a summerhouse for the personal enjoyment of occupants of 54/55 Henley Road and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality.

That the external roof of the building be constructed and finished not in accordance with the specification of materials and finishes contained in the application but in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the building shall not be occupied or used until the external walls have been dark stained in a colour which shall first have been agreed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
