Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the high level windows in the east elevation of the conservatory
hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass as shown on the
submitted plan prior to the first occupation and use of the accommodation
and thereafter retained and maintained.
 
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
