Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the site shall be used only as a non-static site for holiday
and recreation purposes between 1 January and 30 November in any one
year and all caravans shall be removed from the land on or before
30 November each year.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That the land shall not be used for the storage of caravans between
30 November in any one year and 1 January in the succeeding year.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That the total number of caravans on the site including the eight
pitches hereby permitted shall at no time exceed twenty three.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That the use of the land only as a non-static site for holiday and
recreation purpose for eleven months of the year shall expire on
14 September 2002 unless a fresh application shall have been submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities
of the neighbouring area can be assessed and to monitor the use
of the site for holiday and recreational purposes and that
any future application can be decided on this assessment.
