That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the building shall be used only for the purpose specified and by Oral Aesthetics. Reason: Unrestricted use could result in nuisance to nearby residents and inadequate provision for parking. That the open area in front of the building and the garage shall be kept available at all times for the parking of employees' and visitors' cars or bicycles. Reason: To ensure adequate parking provision at all times.
