Planning Permission on 28th February 2000
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of six months from the date of this permission, the gate and access shall be removed from the land and the hedge which was removed in the construction of the gate and access, shall be replanted and restored to its former state; unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be decided on this assessment. That within three months of the date of this permission, details of a 'No-Parking' sign shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the sign shall be erected in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To minimise the possibility of the access being used as an additional school entrance or exit, generating a hazard which would be detrimental to the safety and convenience of users of the public highway. That the gates hereby permitted shall be kept locked at all times when not in use.
