That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the extension shall be constructed as part of a joint scheme with the scheme approved under the planning permission issued in respect of application P99/W0807 at 37 Darent Place and it shall not be occupied until the scheme at 37 Darent Place has been completed in accordance with the approved plans. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
