Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the parking area shown on the amplified plans shall be provided prior to conversion of the garage hereby permitted and shall thereafter be retained for the parking of private motor vehicles. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience. That a hedge shall be provided on the southern and eastern boundaries of the site in accordance with a detailed scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be implemented as approved in the first planting season following commencement of the development and shall be allowed to grow to a height not exceeding 1m above ground level. In the event of any of the plants dying or becoming seriously damaged within 5 years of being planted, it shall be replaced in accordance with details to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
