Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings
        and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That demolition works shall not commence until a contract approved in
writing by the Local Planning Authority has been entered into for
the redevelopment of the site in accordance with a planning permission.
 
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Didcot Northbourne
        Conservation Area.
That within one month of the commencement of works the whole of the
building shall be demolished and the materials therefrom shall be
removed from the site.
 
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Didcot Northbourne
        Conservation Area.
That the external walls revealed by the demolition works shall be made
good within three months of work commencing in accordance with details
submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
 
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Didcot Northbourne
        Conservation Area.
